Entry is simple. Fill out the nomination form below to enter someone you know who is deserving of this service. Maybe they are a single parent and lost their job during the pandemic. Maybe they are a doctor or nurse who has worked countless hours on the front line to come home to a house without working air conditioning only to wake back up in the morning and continue helping people. Or maybe they are an elderly neighbor who has had to stay at home with little or no visitors since February. Regardless of who they are, we want to hear their story and do what we can to show them that we support them and that their community stands with them.
